The company was formed as a family entity 1984 Whose directors were Charles JS Ndegwa (deceased) and Pauline Wangechi Ndegwa.
The late founder was a well trained technical director from Sweden and travelled in various countries in Europe for training and benchmarking.
Company imported BUTYL SYNTHETIC RUBBER from various manufacturers in Europe for:
- Lining of dams and reservoirs
- Lining of swimming pools
- Lining of fish and garden ponds
- Lining of irrigation canals
- Construction of inflatable grain silos
- Roofing of flat roofs and buildings, in Kenya, Uganda,Tanzania,Zambia and Malawi
Today
In late 2018 the company resumed operations and in 2019 sent key personnel to Sweden for further training.
Today the company is the appointed distributor for Kenya market of EPDM membrane and its products from Sweden Seal Eco.
As of Today, the company is already undergoing ISO 9001:2015 certification
